The Wink is a labor of love, occasional source of ire and constantly influenced by the toddlywinks in my life- my daughters. There's also the HunkyWink. You'll read all about them as The Wink unfolds. Please feel free to wink back!

The Frost Princess

She was girly in the truest sense of the word.
Lips always lined in shades of pink.
Thick white hair always curled just so.
Pastel prints and sweet scents.
A gentle giggle and a quick wit.

Sean's grandmother,
Nana's mom,
"Mimi" to the girls,
Finley Frost's namesake.

Carolyn Frost Barnes, a princess always.

Is this a eulogy? Has someone passed on? Did I miss something . . . again?!

If my assumption is correct, know that you and your family are in my thoughts . . .

thinking of you all.

My kids are all named after grandparents...although all of our grandparents passed on long ago.

My mom's mother was a grandma Mimi too. She passed not long after Amelia was born. Mimis are pretty special people so I am sure yours was too. Rest in Peace Mimi.
