Cracked Bucket
So my digital camera and my crock pot have both sh*t the bed. Same day. We'll be enjoying blurry pictures over our last riberrific crock-potted dinner. As a way of honoring the passing of the pot-o-easy-dinners-I-forgot-I-made-until-I-came-home-and-smelled-their-all-done-goodness and the blurry death bleats of my little Canon a little spirit of Scrooge photo narrative.
T'was letter writing to Santa night and I thought I'd snap some pics. Sean helped the girls pen the letters, it all seemed innocent enough with Dad and the girls gathered 'round the table.
Sweet updates on behavior and modest lists on construction paper,
signed by the girls in blue and pink.
Then came each of their names,
cut with crafty scissors from extra sheets of colored paper,
artfully arranged on the floor.
Then pictures by the tree...
criss-cross applesauce
Harder than you might imagine.
Ok, now one more shot by the tree.
Atta girl, mama's letters now seem like a ransom note
and the letters to Santa were just a ruse for photos by my captor.

OK, I don't see a problem with your camera. If there is one, it doesn't seem to be affecting the cuteness of your children.

Oh no! How did you stop yourself from going to buy new ones right away? ('Cuz that's what I would do.)
Cute letters. I love that Avery asked for a toy for Fin to chew on.

Oh Amanda I have no time for commenting this evening, just reading, just reading...but no, I get to your post and I just have to pop over and say how much I love your family. The criss-cross applesauce and the faces in the last picture, I mean why oh why do we not live in the same town so we could be friends.

I'm guessing they're getting a pretend kitchen since they both asked for it! :)
Too cute!
Um, I'm assuming the wine belonged to Sean?

I can't believe you were able to get out of bed today after your staggering losses. I need my crock pot and my camera in my life. I am so sorry!

Oh my heart! Those letters are too much, a rainbow and a blue pillow, just too cute. She told me she wanted a rainbow last week, I thought it was an off the cuff answer, guess she really does:) That last picture is priceless. Sorry about the camera and the crock, looks like Santa Sean needs to do some shopping for mama!

Those kids are cute enough to shine through a broken camerea any day, I think.
I have an extra slow cooker - if it wouldn't cost more to mail it to you than buying a new one, I totally would. Mail it to you. You know what I mean.
