The past week has been a whirlwind with changes afoot professionally, demolition a’plenty at home and the continued bliss filled chaos of life with two extraordinarily active and passionate little girls.
To the eyes-wide-open, loving and trusting in each moment approach of Briar…
At times I simply cannot bear to look away for fear of missing something, anything…
So, I haven’t…
It’s been sheer joy.
You have beautiful girls.
and soon there will be three. you are so beautifully blessed – all of you. it inspires me to hope for my future. 🙂
i love the way you love your girls (you supermom, not even looking pregnant in that picture mama)
holding onto these last few months of just twoness must be sacred indeed.
Beautiful girls, beautiful post!
Look at those big girls!!!
What great photos of your beautiful girls:)
Amanda, my love. Must you break my heart with the picture of you and the girls and the puppy and those donkeys?
I love donkeys. I love black puppies. And you all look like you're having a wonderful time.
But, where's the snow? I see non-snow-covered ground there. I'm under 9 inches. It would be up to Briar's hips!
That. Is the good stuff!!
Darling photos… I now feel I should have documented the Gingerbread House Fiasco of '07… otherwise known as: Monday Afternoon.
So sweet and joyous. And such beautiful girls! I love the picture of Briar looking so inquisitive and trusting, as you say.
What amazing people children are!
briar licking the snow – that picture is fantastic!
Beautiful girls. I totally get what you're saying with this. There are so many precious, one-time-only moments every single day.
That made me smile … I am glad you have not looked away!
is it just me, or are your girls getting more and more beautiful by the minute?
